This product is a stainless steel glove box with the hinged type of front door designed for much easy loading and unloading device into the glove-box. The purification cylinder is made of BASF R3-11 Copper Catalyst and Lindy Molecular Sieve in order to achieve a low water and oxygen concentration of lower than 1 ppm, such that experiments can be conducted in a ultra-clean and highly purified gas environment. It is integrated with vapor pressure control system, purity control system, automatic gas purity regeneration control system, and system data log recording. It is widely used in preparing nanomaterials, Li-ion battery materials, catalysts, and metallorganics and perfectly fitted for Lithium-sulfur and lithium metal battery research.
Product Description
This glove box can be customized according to different application scenarios. For example, in the field of electronic manufacturing, glove boxes can be equipped with anti-static devices to prevent static electricity from damaging electronic components. In the pharmaceutical industry, glove boxes can meet strict aseptic requirements and use special disinfection and purification measures. In the field of scientific research, glove boxes can adjust their internal spatial layout and purification system parameters according to specific experimental needs.
With the continuous advancement of technology, the performance of glove boxes is also constantly improving. In the future, we can expect more efficient purification systems, more intelligent control functions, and more user-friendly designs. These improvements will enable glove boxes to be widely used in more fields, providing strong support for technological innovation and industrial development.

Warranty | One Year limited warranty with lifetime support Rusting and damage due to improper storage condition or maintenance are not covered by warranty Gloves are consumable items and are NOT covered by warranty The Oxygen Sensor is a consumable component NOT covered by warranty. Storing the sensor to ensure maximum longevity when not used. |
Application Notes & Warnings | The interconnections between the glove box chamber and the gas purification system must be unimpeded during the purification cycles. The O2 removal rate is largely dependent on the type of purging gas used. For a faster chamber purging process, Nitrogen is preferred over Argon due to its lighter mass Regularly perform regeneration to maintain optimum purification efficiency. The O2 sensor is consumable and its expected lifespan is around one year. We supply a replacement O2 sensor.
