CZ Method | l Source raw materials will be put in the bottom flange with an included alumina rod. l The seed crystal ( substrate ) will be fixed in the pulling rod on the top flange. l The seed crystal will keep a constant distance from the crucible, and slowly move up with crystal growth during heating l Inert gas or CO2 gas will be filled in the processing tune during crystal growth up to 2 bar pressure. |
Bridgeman Method | l The source material will be put in a crucible with V type bottom with a crystal seed. l The crucible will be hung upon the pulling rod on the top flange l The crucible will rotate and move up during heating to grow a single crystal |
Temperature Control and Profile | l Two Eurotherm temperature controllers with two K-type thermocouples are builtin with +/- 0.1º°Caccuracy. l 28 segments programmable with PID adjustable for two heating zone independently. l RS485 port and software (iTools) is ready for PC remote control l Note: It is the customer's responsibility to create a suitable thermal gradient for crystal growth. |
