1700 Hybrid Hydrogen H2 Inert Gas Atmosphere Furnace with PC Control

HTAF-1700-H Hybrid Hydrogen H2 Inert Gas Atmosphere Furnace with PC Control is a Hybrid box Hydrogen furnace for both of hydrogen treatment up to 1650 ºC. The H2 Gas Furnace furnace consists of high-quality alumina fiber bricks and Mo alloy heating elements. Gas Atmosphere Furnace is an ideal tool for preparing new materials that require Inert gas and reducing atmosphere.

Built-in H2 burning control system --- if   the controller detects no flame in the burner, the gas delivery valve will be   shut down automatically  

Can be used as an inert gas furnace when   closing H2 burning system.

High and Low-pressure protection

The pressure controllable range: -0.06 to   0.03Mpa.

Gas Flow Control and  Gas Purification (optional)

Two large flow meters (N2: 0~3.5L/min,   H2: 0~3.5L/min) are installed on the front panel of the furnace.

One heavy-duty vacuum pump ( CE/UL   certified ) built-in bottom furnace to enhance the purging chamber.

When using under inert gas, you may   consider the optional gas purification below to keep gas purity below 1 PPM   during heating at the extra cost.

H2 Gas Burning Control System and   Hydrogen detector (optional)

 

 

An automatic ignition device is installed   to ensure flowing He gas burning. If H2 does not burn properly, the   controller will shut down the H2 gas delivery valve immediately. ( Pic. 1)

Warning:    You must install a certified Hydrogen detector in operation facility   to alarm hydrogen leaking b accident.    If you can not find it in a local store.

Water Cooling (optional)

A 58L/min recirculating water colling is   required to cool the furnace sealing flange and chamber case. If you don't   have a water cooling system in your lab, you may click pictures below to   order:

Attention: A free course of safety operation training at HT field is required to purchase this H2 gas furnace. A customer's side training is also available upon request at extra cost. If the users believe that they have sufficient experience and knowledge to handle the H2 furnace in the dangerous or emergent situation, a liability release agreement must be signed at the purchase. HT Corp is not responsible for any damages caused by misuse without safety operation training. Any damages caused by the corrosive and acidic gases are not under the coverage of the HT One Year Limited Warranty.
