This is a 1650°C max.Bridgman furnace for directional solidification and single crystal growth with a boule size up to Ø37mm.
The vertical furnace has three independently controlled heating zones with a total heating length of 300 mm to set up different temperature gradients for crystal growth.
In contrast to other Bridgeman systems, it keeps the melt stationary while moving the furnace up to control the temperature gradient, ensuring the stability of the growth interface.
