There are three kinds of lining structures commonly used in modern tubular heating furnaces: brick structure, refractory fiber spray structure and castable structure.
Brick structure
Brick lining is made of refractory brick, including standard refractory brick and special refractory brick lining. Its advantage is that according to the working temperature, working conditions and heat load of different parts of the heating furnace, different types, different properties and different grades of refractory bricks and refractory mud can be selected accordingly. Its disadvantage is that the integrity and sealing of the furnace lining are poor, and the construction efficiency is low.
Fire-resistant fiber spraying structure
Refractory fiber spraying is a special fiber spraying machine, the pre-treated loose fiber cotton is sent out of the spray gun at high pressure, and the inorganic binder is sprayed into the fiber cotton evenly through the outer ring of the spray gun through several sets of special fluid conveying equipment, and the two are mixed into one outside the gun and sprayed onto the inner wall of the furnace.
