Melting Cylinder

The raw material is fed into the melting cylinder via a screw rod by a servo-motor at a variable speed

Cylinder: 38CrMoAlA  Nitrided steel with ID 25 mm

Screw rod Speed: 0 - 95 RPM adjustable

The melting chamber is heated by three-zone up to 300ºC with independent precision temperature control

The melting material will be fed into the extrusion head, which is heated by three heating zones up to 300ºC with independent temperature control

Melt Extrusion Die

The extrusion die is made of  5CrNiMo hardened steel with smooth polishing

Heating plates are fixed on the two sides of the extrusion die

Die lip width: 300 mm

Extrusion width: 270 mm adjustable

Extruded membrane thickness:   0.1 mm - 1.0 mm adjustable.

Extrusion material: PE, PEO, TPU, PP, EVA, PVC, etc. which has the melting point < 300ºC

 Rolling

Three rollers with water cooling are used for flatting the extruded melt to form a membrane

Rollers size: 160 mm OD x 300mm L

Rollers space: adjustable manually

A recirculating water chiller with a 16 L/minute flow rate is included

 Winding Device

The winding device is separated from melting extrusion for easy moving

Winding speed is adjustable between 0 - 60 RPM

Winding roller dimension: 75 mm Dia x 300 mm L

PLC touchscreen control panel to all parameters:

Feeding speed of raw material
