Induction Heater & Temp. Control | l Dual station: 25 kW induction heater. l Boron nitride crucible (optional). l Maximum sample load: 150 – 500 g (material melting point < 1000°C, based on NdFeB. l Crucible temperature, dwell time, and ejection time can be controlled automatically by the controller. l The temperature controller is integrated with a thermocouple (24” long) inserting into the crucible wall. l 30 programmable segments of temperature profile with ± 2 °C accuracy. |

Gas Pressure Regulator | l PID pressure regulator is included to precisely control the pressurized gas applied to the crucible for pushing the molten out from the slit. l Pneumatic solenoid valves are used to isolate the pumps from the chamber when not used, chamber purging, and pressure relief. |
