HTBLF-1700 chamber furnace is a bottom loading furnace for rapid thermal process and fast cooling procedure, which uses Kanthal 1800C grade MoSi2 heating element for working at 1700ºC continuously. The sample loading platform is driven by an electric motor for easy operation.
