High temperature Alumina ceramic tube is made of high purity 99.7% Al2O3 material. Such alumina tube can be used at operating temperatures to 1750 oC in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres. 99.7% Al2O3 Tube have been evacuated to 10-7 Torr at room temperature.
- Max. Working Temperature: 1700 oC (unloaded without vacuum )
- Al2O3 Purity > 99.7%
Warning of alumina ceramic tube for tube furnace
- Please don't use alumina tube under vacuum at temperature > 1500 oC.
- Please always keep the heating or cooling rate less than 5oC/ minute.
- Please keep theral gradient less than 100oC/ minute to avois cracking.
- Please handle the tube carefully. No any warranty for the tube.
Application Notes of alumina ceramic tube
- In order get longer alumina tube service life, Please use quartz or alumina crucible to carry sample, instead loading sample directly inside furnace tube.
- Four fiberous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation from inside furnace tube (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating).
