HT high temperature Car bottom furnaces is used for heat treatment of heavy and large steel parts, heat treatment furnace include Electric heated and Gas fired, the temperature and atmosphere varies of industry furnace depending on process and application, such as sintering, hardening, tempering, annealing, soft annealing, normalizing, stress relieving, homogenizing and recrystallization with a ordinary operating temperature between 250 – 1700°C depending on application.

Based on customer requirement for car bottom furnace, the mode of heating is via electrical heaters, gas-fired or oil-fired burners. These furnaces are energy efficient and it is achieved by efficient sealing to prevent undue heat losses and thyristor power controls to limit current consumption.

Design factors of heat treatment furnace also ensure excellent temperature uniformity throughout the heating chamber so that parts are universally and evenly which are subjected to process parameters and heating cycles. Controlled cooling furnace option is also available.

Advantages of high temperature car bottom furnace:

Flexibility of operations

Easy and precise movement of heavy loads

Low power consumption

Excellent Temperature uniformity

High-performance reliability

Support frame will be made of refractory material or heat resistant steel

HT high temperature car bottom furnaces with radiation heating are better industry furnaces. The bogie can be loaded outside the furnace. When the design includes an electro-hydraulic lift door and a motorized bogie, the furnace can be opened while hot and the load can be removed for cooling or quenching. When several bogies are used together with a second door or bogie transfer system, one bogie can be loaded outside the furnace while the other bogie is in the furnace. This shortens process times and the residual energy of the furnace can be used when the new charge is heated.
