1200 C Dual Zone Split Tube Furnace with Quartz Tube Flanges

HTTF-1200-II Dual zone tube furnace is a CE Certified furnace with optional quartz Tube Vacuum Flanges. Two zone split tube furnace which can achieve faster heating up to 1200 C and create a different thermal gradient by setting the different temperatures of each zone. The vacuum tube furnace includes one quartz tube with vacuum flanges and valves. The two zone tube furnace is a perfect tool for CVD such as preparing nanomaterials and film.

HTTF-1200-II Dual zone tube furnace is a CE Certified and ready to pass UL/CSA certification (details please refer to the specification below) furnace with optional quartz Tube (60, 80, 100mm) & Vacuum Flanges. Two zone split tube furnace which can achieve faster heating up to 1200 C and create a different thermal gradient by setting the different temperatures of each zone. The vacuum tube furnace includes one 40" L fused quartz tube (please select tube O.D in options bar) with vacuum flanges and valves for immediate use. Two 30 segments of programmable temperature controllers are installed. The microprocessor-based self-tuning PID controller provides excellent control without overshooting the set temperature. The two zone tube furnace is a perfect tool for CVD applications such as preparing nanomaterials and film.

Application Notes

Tube furnaces with quartz tubes are designed for use under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bars / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa.Vacuum pressure may only be safely used up to 1000°C. The flow rate for gasses should be limited to < 200 SCCM (or 200 ml/min) for reducing thermal shocks to the tube.

Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on a gas cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation.
