HTTF-1200-S Sliding Tube Furnace is a single-temperature zone rapid thermal processing electric sliding furnace. This electric furnace has a maximum heating rate of 10℃/min and is equipped with a sliding rail at the bottom, which allows the furnace to slide from one side of the tube to the other for rapid heating and cooling. This RTP furnace can also be used for the CVD growth of graphene and carbon nanotubes.
