Rotary CVD tube Furnace with Automatic Feeding & Receiving System

rotary CVD tube furnace with automatic feeding & receiving mechanism system. The automatic feeder of rotator tube furnace controls the amount and distribution of the materials inside the vacuum tube furnace to achieve continuous CVD powder processing under controlled temperature and atmosphere.

HTTF-1200-4-R is a two zones rotary CVD tube furnace with automatic feeding & receiving mechanism system. The automatic feeder of rotator tube furnace controls the amount and distribution of the materials inside the vacuum tube furnace to achieve continuous CVD powder processing under controlled temperature and atmosphere. The receiving tank will accept fired powder without exposing the material to air.

This high temperature Rotary tube Furnace is designed for calcining inorganic compounds with better uniformity and preparing Li-Ion battery cathode materials with conductive coatings, such as LiFePO3, LiMnNiO3, etc and rotating CVD for Si/C anode materials.

STANDARD FEATURES of Rotary tube Furnace with Automatic Feeding & Receiving System.

1150 °C maximum operating temperature; normal operating temperature range 650 °C - 1050 °C

Heated lengths of 600 mm and 900 mm

Single zone models fitted with PID controller with single ramp to set point

Accepts work tube with inner diameter of 75--500 mm

Adjustable inclination and rotation speeds offers flexibility of residence time

Work tube rotation speed 1.5 to 10.0 revolutions per minute

5 litre capacity vibratory feeder and hopper

The temperature controllers of high temperature tube furnace and associated equipment are housed within the integral control box

Wire elements of vacuum CVD tube furnace in high quality vacuum formed insulation ensure fast heat up, excellent temperature uniformity and short cool down times

The HTR rotary furnace is perfect for use in the laboratory. Developed in partnership with the Imperial College of Science & Technology in London, the furnace allows samples to be heated and mixed simultaneously in a controlled atmosphere. A flow meter calibrated for Nitrogen is provided as standard but on request (at time of order) single or multiple flow meters can be provided for various different gases.

 

The larger rotary tube furnace features three heating zones, an adjustable tilt, and work tube that can easily be removed and replaced. Ceramic or metal work tubes are available and both the rotary furnace and the RHZS rotary furnace can be supplied with feeders and inert gas packages.
