The Furnace is a compact and energy-saving (1200W power consumption) split tube furnace with a max. the working temperature of 1250°C. The built-in precision temperature controller can provide up to 30 segments of heating and cooling steps with +/- 1 °C accuracy. The furnace does not include a working tube. You may order a 2" quartz tube, vacuum flange, and refractory ceramic blocks based on your application needs.

Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°CThe flow rate for gases should be limited to<200 SCCM (or 200ml/min) for reducing thermal shocks to the tube Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation.
