  • Product Details

  • GSL-1000X-20  is a 20 mm OD mini tube furnace designed for processing small samples up to 1000°Cunder a vacuum or controlled atmosphere.  The stainless steel vacuum flanges with valves and quartz tubes are included for immediate use. The built-in precision temperature controller can program up to 30 segments of the heating, dwelling, and cooling steps. The furnace and controller are separatable and can be set up in vertical or horizontal positions to meet various applications such as sample heating, VLS, CVD, and gas analysis.

    SPECIFICATIONS

    Power   ( AC110V - 55V)

    • Furnace input (two power inputs are required)

    • 55VAC

    • 110VAC or 220VAC (selectable from the option bar)

    • 500W max. 50/60 HZ

    • A transformer (110V or 220V - 55V) for running a single furnace under either 110V or 220VAC is included

    • Two furnaces may be connected in series to run at 110VAC

    Working Temperature

    • Max. Temperature: 1000 °C  (< 1 hr)

    • Continuous working temperature: 900°C

    • Max. Heating Rate: 10°C /min

    Heating Zone

    • Heating Zone Length: 2.16" ( 55mm)

    • Constant Temperature Zone: 0.8" (20mm. +/-  5ºC)
      The furnace can be placed in either a horizontal or vertical position

    Temperature Controller

    • PID automatic control and auto-tune function

    • 30 programmable segments for precise thermal processing

    • Built-in protection for the over-heated and broken thermocouple.

    • Temperature Accuracy: +/- 1 °C

    • K type thermocouple

    Heating Elements

    Fe-Cr-Al Alloy doped by Mo

    Protective Cover

    A specially made protective shield is mounted on the furnace for scald protection at high temperatures (800°C+).

    Processing Tube

    • Fused quartz tube:  20 mm OD  x 17 mm ID x 192 mm Length is included

    • Two ceramic tube blocks are included to block heat radiation generated from the tube center

    • For high vacuum, please choose quartz block

    • The small crucible may be used for a tube furnace.


    Vacuum Flange

    • One end is KF16 quick clamp flange is included， without valve

    • Another end is screw tighten flange with 1/4 gas inlet

    • You may order  KF16 adaptor with valve or tube fitting by clicking the pictures below
